1. Who we are

2. Quotes and orders

Prices and availability shown on this website are an invitation to enquire, not an offer. Stock moves quickly and a listing may sell before the page is updated. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing and payment has cleared.

Unless we state otherwise, prices exclude VAT and delivery. We confirm the full figure, including carriage, when we respond to your enquiry.

3. Condition of parts

Used parts are pre-owned components. They are cleaned, inspected and graded before sale, and will show wear consistent with their age and mileage. Reconditioned parts have been rebuilt to specification. We describe the condition of each part honestly and photograph the actual item wherever possible.

4. Fitment

Fitment information and part numbers are provided in good faith to help you identify the right component. It remains your responsibility to confirm that a part is correct for your vehicle before fitting. If you are unsure, send us your chassis number and we will check before despatch.

5. Warranty

Used and reconditioned parts carry a 90-day warranty against failure in normal use from the date of despatch. New parts carry the manufacturer or supplier warranty. The warranty covers replacement or refund of the part only and excludes labour, recovery, downtime and any consequential loss. It does not apply where a part has been fitted incorrectly, modified, or failed because of an unresolved fault elsewhere on the vehicle. Full details are on our delivery and returns page.

6. Returns

Unfitted parts may be returned within 14 days of delivery in the condition supplied, provided you contact us first for a returns reference. Return carriage is at your cost unless the part was mis-described or incorrectly supplied. Electrical components and ECUs cannot be returned once fitted or coded.

7. Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates given in good faith and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection. Please inspect goods on arrival and tell us within 48 hours of any transit damage or shortage.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. For business customers, our total liability arising from a contract is limited to the price paid for the goods, and we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of use, or any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms affects the statutory rights of a consumer.

9. Trade marks

Scania and the names of other manufacturers are the trade marks of their respective owners. NexGen Parts is an independent supplier of parts and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorised dealer for Scania CV AB. Manufacturer names and part numbers are used solely to identify the vehicles a part fits.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
